Product Strategy & Merchandising


With over 15 years’ experience in luxury goods, Marine is an accomplished Product expert with strong commercial abilities and brand building experience, having worked for brands including Jimmy Choo, Donna Karan, Zenith, and Hermès. She has managed end-to-end product life cycles across various categories, building her expertise in leather goods, small leather goods and accessories, whilst also developing solid knowledge of watches, jewellery, and shoes. Passionate about her work, Marine has consistently taken a data-driven approach to improving collection strategy, retail sales, and product margins, therefore enhancing business performance from top to bottom. Besides her product strategy consulting, Marine is also a guest lecturer at a Parisian business school, teaching Product Management to 4th and 5th-year Master’s students.
